Raniece Parnell is a culinary professional, entrepreneur, and the founder of Heavenly Hands Catering based in Saint Charles, Missouri. With a passion for soulful comfort cuisine and elevated event experiences, she specializes in creating dishes that bring people together from braised beef roasts and oxtails to signature baked macaroni, salmon entrees, and homemade desserts. She enjoys designing menus for weddings, themed events, and intimate dinners, ensuring every plate reflects both flavor and presentation.
As a Culinary Arts graduate at Saint Charles Community College (Class of 2026), she is continuously refining her technique, expanding her culinary knowledge, and strengthening her leadership in hospitality. Her expertise includes large-scale menu planning, recipe scaling for events of 25-100 guests, cost analysis, food safety practices, and cohesive event branding. Raniece vision is to grow Heavenly Hands Catering into a trusted brand known not just for great comfort food but for meaningful experiences.
